The campsite.
Is the campsite open all year round?
Camp du Domaine opens its doors every year from the week before Easter until the end of October.
Is there a swimming-pool in the campsite ?
The campsite has direct access to the sea but does not have a swimming pool. Water games for children are available next to the Tennis Snack Bar.
Are barbecues allowed on the campsite ?
Gas or electric barbecues are permitted, but charcoal barbecues and open fires are strictly forbidden. We do, however, offer equipment hire (link to prices page), such as a plancha, which you should ask for when booking at the Camp du Domaine.
What do I do if I arrive later ?
Reception is open every day between 8.15am and 7.45pm. Outside these hours, a night watchman posted outside reception will welcome you and show you to your pitch or accommodation on presentation of your booking and proof of identity. If you arrive after midnight, you can only enter the campsite on foot.
How do I announce a delay ?
Any delay must be announced by telephone on 00334.94.71.03.12 or by e-mail to: mail@campdudomaine.com . Any unannounced delay of more than 24 hours will result in the cancellation of the booking.
Do you accept unaccompanied minors?
No, minors must be accompanied by a parent
Do you accept groups ?
Groups, associations, clubs… are welcome at the campsite. Contact our reception team to organise your stay.
How far is the nearest village ?
La Favière (commune of Bormes les Mimosas) directly next door via the beach. Le Lavandou is 3 km away on foot along the seafront promenade or Bormes-les-Mimosas Village is 5 km away by car. For more information on places to visit, click here (link to surrounding area page)
Can I bring my dog ?
Pets are allowed on the campsite throughout the season, outside the summer period (please ask at reception). They are strictly forbidden in the rental accommodation, with the exception of the “SUNNY” and “REVE 5 Pers” rentals, and only outside the summer period.
Does the campsite have WIFI ?
The entire campsite is covered by WIFI. A free version with a limited bandwidth allows you to access your emails, messages and social networks. A pay version with a higher bandwidth lets you stream films and series or make video calls. You can buy your broadband WIFI card at the Snack Bar on arrival at the campsite.
Is the campsite accessible to people with reduced mobility ?
Four of our rental properties are approved for people with reduced mobility. If you are arriving in a caravan, camper van or tent, please note that our sanitary facilities have bathrooms equipped for people with reduced mobility or senior citizens. Access to bars, restaurants, the beach and shops is also accessible to all.
Is there any security service on the campsite ?
The campsite is guarded 24/7. If you need a safe, you can hire one from reception. Please note that all our rentals are already equipped with a safe.
Can we hire bikes, motorbikes or scooters ?
Although it’s not possible to hire two-wheelers directly from the campsite, you can find this service nearby, at La Favière, at Nova-Loc. Their telephone number is 00337.60.90.83.83 / https://www.nova-loc.com/
Can we rent a car ?
There are many car hire companies in Bormes les Mimosas and Le Lavandou. Please contact the reception desk for more information.
Can we welcome visitors ?
Visitors are allowed free of charge out of season and for a fee in season.
Campsite pitches.
How big are your camping pitches ?
Whether you arrive at the campsite in a camper van, caravan or tent, we offer spacious pitches ranging from 80 m² to 180 m². If you require a large pitch, please specify this when you make your reservation.
What is a "Pieds dans l'eau" camping pitch ?
A ‘Pieds dans l’eau” (waterfront) pitch means that it is located directly on the seafront, and is equipped with electricity, water and drainage. You can find full details of these pitches on our dedicated page.
What is a "Proche Mer" camping pitch ?
A “Proche mer” (near sea) pitch means that it is located just behind the seafront, between 20 and 80 m from the beach, and is equipped with electricity, water and drainage. You can find full details of these pitches on our dedicated page.
What is a "Colline Côté Mer" camping pitch ?
A “Colline Coté Mer” (sea-side hill) pitch means that it is located on the hill between 80 and 200 m from the beach, and is equipped with electricity, water and drainage. Full details of these pitches can be found on our dedicated page.
What is a "Platanes" camping pitch ?
A “Côté platanes” pitch means that it is located under the plane trees, between 200m and 400m from the beach. Spacious and often shaded, these pitches are equipped with electricity, water and drainage. You can find full details of these pitches on our dedicated page.
What is a "Coté Campagne" camping pitch ?
A “Côté campagne” (countryside) pitch means that it is located on the other side of the hill, facing the sunset, between 400 and 600m from the beach, in the heart of the pine forest. What is a "Nature" camping pitch ?
A “Nature” pitch means that it is bare, without water or electricity. Often popular with tent campers, nature pitches can also accommodate vans, caravans or camper vans. Please note that some “nature” pitches are not accessible by vehicle! You can find full details of these pitches on our dedicated page.
Do you accept double-axle caravans and motorhomes?
Yes, no problem. When you make your reservation, please specify that your installation is large so that we can provide you with a suitable pitch!
Are all pitches shaded ?
All pitches at Camp du Domaine are shaded either naturally or by “a paillotte”, a pergola designed to allow you to sit outside in the shade.
What is the amperage of the sockets for electricity?
Our sockets are French, rated for 10 amps (2200 W) or 16 amps (3520 W). Don’t worry if you don’t have an adaptor: they are available for sale on the campsite (Supérette U, Bazaar, Reception or night watchman).
Are there any areas reserved for motorhomes/caravans?
Not particularly. Our pitches are all different in terms of size and access. So the only limit is accessibility!
Can I rent a fridge ?
Yes, we offer two options: a fridge on your pitch or in a dedicated room. We advise you to reserve your fridge when you book your stay, as they are very much in demand, especially in summer.
Can I park my car on the pitch ?
With the exception of a few tent pitches, all the pitches and rentals at Camp du Domaine are accessible by car, allowing you to park your car right next to where you’ll be staying.
Can we place a small extra tent next to our caravan?
If the size of the site allows it, yes, absolutely, and at no extra cost!
What time do we have to vacate the pitches?
Places must be vacated by 10am.
Bungalows and mobilhomes.
Do all the accommodation have sea views?
Some of the accommodation has an uninterrupted sea view, while others have a partial sea view. Finally, some face the surrounding hills with a beautiful view of the pine forest. Please ask our reception team before booking.
Is the accommodation air-conditioned ?
All our accommodation has reversible air conditioning.
Are sheets, pillows and duvets included?
You will find duvets and disposable pillows, pillowcases and undersheets in your rental accommodation. Household linen is not provided. You can buy disposable sheets or hire sheets and household linen (towels, tea towels, beach towels) if required.
Do yu offer childcare equipment ?

What is the accommodation capacity ?
We offer a wide range of accommodation for between 2 and 8 people, depending on the model. Click here to see all our accommodation.
Can i pitch a tent near the accommodation ?
It is not permitted to pitch a tent in the vicinity of the accommodation
Where can I park my car when I rent accommodation?
All our accommodation comes with one or two private parking spaces, depending on the model.
Is it possible to rent for just one night?
The minimum stay is 2 nights at Camp du Domaine.
Do I have to clean up when I leave?
The accommodation must be left in a perfectly clean condition. Failure to do so will result in the cleaning charge being deducted from your deposit. If you wish, we can offer you a cleaning package so that you can leave with peace of mind.
What time should we arrive and leave the accommodation?
On arrival, the keys are handed over at 5.30pm. On departure, you must return the keys before 10am.
Where can I collect the keys if I arrive late?
After 7.45pm (when reception closes), you can collect your keys from the night porter at the entrance to the campsite by showing your ID. You will complete the formalities the next day at the campsite reception.

Are private hot tubs in accommodation cleaned between occupants?
Of course they are! We take great care to ensure the hygiene of our accommodation, and the hot tubs are systematically emptied, cleaned and treated between occupants.
Shops and restaurants.
What shops are on the campsite?
At Camp du Domaine, you’ll find everything you need! There are shops where you can buy everything you need during your stay: groceries, drugstores, newspapers, camping equipment, souvenirs, beach equipment, toys, etc. Click here to find out about the shops available at the campsite.
What catering services are you offering?

Are shops and restaurants open all season?
Yes, from the opening to the closing of the campsite, all our shops and restaurants welcome you every day.
Entertainment .
What sports facilities do you have?
Le Camp du Domaine offers a range of sports facilities to keep young and old happy throughout their stay. The campsite has 6 tennis courts, 2 multi-sports pitches, table tennis, 1 fitness room, 1 archery area, a children’s playground and several bowling greens.

Are the activities free?
All our activities are free. However, if you wish to play tennis, the courts are payable by the hour. Water sports activities are provided by external service providers for a fee.
At what age can children join the miniclub?
We offer several age groups so that all children can take part in activities to suit their tastes. The youngest children are welcomed from the age of 4 up to 17.
What time do the evening events finish?
In general, the evening entertainment finishes around midnight.
Is there a night club on the campsite?
There are no night clubs within the campsite grounds. However, the nearest one is only a 15-minute walk along the beach.
Where can I find the activity schedule?
The events schedule can be consulted on our website, on the Camp du Domaine application, at reception and on all the notice boards around the campsite.
Are there children's clubs only in the summer?
No, we’ll be welcoming your children to dedicated activities throughout the season!
Is there a welcome drink?
A welcome drink to introduce the activity leaders and activities is organised every Sunday evening during the summer season at the Tennis Snack Bar.
Is there a charge for access to the fitness room?
No, it’s totally free, with free access 7 days a week between 9am and 10pm.
