With over 1,000 camping pitches and around 300 rental accommodations spread over 45 hectares of land, such as bungalows and mobile homes, it’s easy to find solutions that are perfect for all types of groups, whatever the length of stay at the campsite (2 nights minimum in accommodation). Our group accommodation on the Cote d’Azur sleeps between 2 and 8 people, has 1 to 3 bedrooms and a private terrace. All our holiday accommodation for groups is air-conditioned and has at least one private parking space attached to the accommodation, making it easy to park and get around inside and outside the campsite. Modern and comfortable, our group accommodation guarantees each member of the group space and privacy, in a rental fully equipped to meet everyone’s needs. It is possible to group accommodation together when you book, so that your whole group can be in the same place on the campsite and enjoy a convivial time together. What’s more, we try to make booking procedures as easy as possible by requiring just one global deposit for all your bungalow or mobile home bookings, and we can also offer you flexibility on arrival and departure times, whenever possible. At Camp du Domaine, a 5-star XXL campsite on the Cote d’Azur, our facilities have been designed to welcome all our customers and holidaymakers in the best possible conditions. We know that groups, whether they come from a sports association, work colleagues, a family event… have specific needs in terms of communal areas. At our campsite, we have a dedicated area where groups can meet up and share moments of conviviality, whatever the weather or the season. At the heart of the campsite, groups will find l’Oustaou, which means “the important house” in Provençal, and which houses a large room of around 200m² that can accommodate groups of up to 50 people, depending on how it is used. On the practical side, l’Oustaou is equipped with plenty of tables, chairs, crockery and a fridge, allowing groups to organise hot or cold meals on their own in a warm and friendly setting. If required, a heating system can also be provided by the campsite out of season. Our large group reception room can also be used as a leisure room, with table football, billiards and an overhead projector for all your screenings, meetings, seminars, team building and other leisure or team-building activities. In addition to its large, beautiful interior space, our room dedicated to groups also has a beautiful outdoor terrace, allowing all groups to find the function and rhythm best suited to the workings of their organisation. In addition to this common room, our 5-star campsite in the heart of the French Riviera offers parking facilities for groups. One or two parking spaces are available in front of each accommodation, or on each campsite pitch, easing the logistics involved in loading and unloading equipment, particularly for sports clubs with heavy, bulky equipment such as scuba tanks or bicycles. In addition to these private car parks, a number of communal car parks are available to groups, who can park their vehicles safely on the campsite premises without fear of running out of space.
As all group holiday organisers know, it’s not easy to reconcile comfort and practicality! At Camp du Domaine, a large 5-star campsite on the Cote d’Azur, we take particular care with our customers and holidaymakers, whether they are travelling individually or in a group. We do our utmost to ensure that their stay is as comfortable as possible, offering a range of services dedicated to comfort and logistics. If your group is travelling with a lot of equipment, as can be the case with certain sporting disciplines, or if you have luggage, we offer a luggage storage service to store your belongings safely, before or after your stay at the campsite. Security is a key factor in the success of your stay at the campsite. A security team made up of staff with professional qualifications is on duty 24 hours a day to guard the entire campsite, drastically reducing the number of reprehensible acts such as theft or break-ins. Our security service is also on standby to provide first aid in the event of injury, and to call the emergency services or police force if necessary. Finally, depending on the period and the nature of the event, it is possible to privatise part of the campsite for your birthday parties, christenings, weddings, cousin parties or other events. Our campsite has several places for your group to eat, including a restaurant with a Mediterranean flavour, a pizzeria that can deliver to you wherever you are on the campsite, and a snack bar with a festive atmosphere. You can organise your own meals in your accommodation, at l’Oustaou or in one of our catering outlets, or we can, depending on your wishes, needs and budget, offer you several half-board or full-board options. The range of catering options organised by the campsite should be planned and budgeted for before your arrival, so that you have no expectations or additional costs during your stay. If the nature of your project and your group does not allow collective catering according to one of our formulas, it is possible to use the caterer of your choice subject to our agreement. Open from Easter to October, our campsite offers a wide range of accommodation options, including bungalows, mobile homes and camping pitches. All our accommodation is nestled in lush natural surroundings, in an idyllic setting on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea in Provence. Take advantage of our campsite’s assets for your team-building activities or to practise your favourite sport. The port of Bormes les Mimosas at La Favière is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the beach, ideal for diving clubs and sailing schools. The campsite is located on the edge of the forest, giving direct access to numerous hiking trails. For walkers, there are several routes of varying levels of difficulty, both by the sea and in the heart of the garrigue, where you can immerse yourself in a rich, unspoilt natural environment. The area around the campsite is also ideal for exploring the particularly dense mountain bike trails at Bormes les Mimosas, or the French various cycle paths for more leisurely rides, such as the old railway line running along the seafront from Hyères to Saint Tropez.
